A few quick reminders, especially for the subdivisions:

Please use odd and even watering days.

Please stagger water times (example: not everybody watering between 6 and 8 am.)  This puts a lot of strain on the system, when too many people are watering at one time, then all suddenly stop - causing a big drop, then a sudden surge in the water levels.

By regulating the usage via dates & times, we are able to keep the ditches at a more even level, rather than the water being sucked down, then overloaded.

This practice can also aid in the amount of water pressure within the developments, as well.

On Mondays, an upstream user has priority use of the irrigation water.  Homeowners are advised to not water on Mondays and not start watering on Tuesdays until after 9am, if possible. 

•  Watering Schedule

ANIMAL CONTROL-All dogs should be leashed when off your property.  This includes the ditch banks.  If you have an issue with any animal, please contact the Star Police Department. Information concerning the Star City Animal control ordinance can be found here.   

Rockbridge Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of every month at 5:15.  The Board Meetings are held via Skype.  Please contact Development Services if you would like to attend the meeting and/or if you would like to be placed on the Agenda.   

The Rockbridge Community Yard Sale will typically be held the 2nd Saturday of every June.  The 2024 Yard Sale will be held on Saturday, June 8th. The Board is still looking for a homeowner to coordinate this event.
