Residents may now turn on individual sprinkler systems. You may wish to wait a few days to ensure all debris is cleared from the lines and avoid excessive sprinkler filter clogs. Please notify management if there are any
issues with access, or if you notice flooding in the community. ----------------------------------------------------
The LAGUNA POINTE irrigation system is scheduled for tentative startup April 12, 2024, barring any repair needs or other issues.
**The HOA will be starting the system the week of April 8, 2024, to clean filters and make any necessary system or common area repairs prior to irrigation being made available for resident use. You may see water running periodically for this purpose.
PLEASE DO NOT TURN ON YOUR IRRIGATION SPRINKLER SYSTEMS UNTIL THE HOA NOTIFIES WATER IS AVAILABLE FOR RESIDENT USE.
Residents may wish to wait a week or two for the system to flush prior to turning on individual sprinklers. Don`t forget to also clean out your systems individual filters regularly.
