Dues Increase for 2025.  HOA Dues are billed at $150 per quarter. Total for the year is $600.

There is a $150 transfer fee for all ownership changes.

10/07/24: BVID has set the water turn-off date for early morning, October 7th, 2024.

4/24/2024 Irrigation Update water should be available to Homeowners on 4/26/2024.
