VALOR VILLAGES HOA Assessments Purchasers in the non-age-restricted portions of Valor will belong to the Valor Villages Homeowners Association and are subject to the following assessments pursuant to the applicable Tract Declaration, which are subject to adjustment, plus any applicable taxes: - Working Capital Contribution: initially anticipated to be $250, paid at each lot closing (including the initial closing between developer/builder) - Regular Assessment: initially anticipated to be $1200 annually, paid quarterly - Additional Assessment for Medallion (Valor Golf Village lots) : initially anticipated to be $400 annually, paid quarterly Upon closing, the year`s association assessments are collected and prorated thru 12/31.
